My life has been varied, challenges have been plentiful and there have been no shortage of experiences. I took the good with the bad, lost a lot and gained much. I survived cancer, learnt more than I thought possible and discovered the most important lesson – we cannot control the unexpected, but we can control our reaction to it.
The best help available didn’t work when a friend suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder. And it was this that became the catalyst for training and, eventually, my own new beginning.
I studied everything, creating the most effective way to help people move past traumatic experiences. And it works. My involvement in the setting up of a charity for serving and ex-military families, provides the very best support for those suffering from PTSD.
From the SAS to an international security consultant to now, my career has been as exciting as it has been diverse. I have worked with soldiers to heads of state and people living normal lives. It doesn’t matter who you are, trauma can affect you at any time, and when it does, lives can be ruined.
I help people that suffer from the effects of life traumas. From phobias, anxiety and depression, to addictions, self-sabotage and negative behaviours. Life can change in an instant but the effects don’t have to last a lifetime.
It’s helping people stop the effects of traumatic experiences and discover their potential, that motivates me every day.
